I’ve been incorporating hill workouts into every week of marathon training this time around. Since hills are painful, I downloaded some new tunes for some extra motivation.
I call this playlist “Kill the Hills” and I may or may not say that motto in my head on really tough inclines.

I randomly found “The Boy is Mine” in my massive music folder and couldn’t resist some old school jams! I can remember when that video was on all the time.
What are your favorite old school songs to workout to?

Ha, that was the exact song that I noticed right away, too! I sooooo remember that song!!
Oh I have been doing hill workouts once a week as well. Hills are fun
Looks like a good mix, but I don’t run with music
I play A LOT of 90s grunge rock when I teach Spinning classes. That, along with a lot of current cheesey pop songs. I’m all over the place.
Rack City!! haha I love that song! I really like mostly hip hop and/or pop songs when I run.
Diggin your playlist! I honestly have a random mix on my mine ranging from disco (dont hate) to hip hop to rock. Some oldies but goodies that I will never take off are In da Club-50 Cent, Gin N Juice-Widspread Panic, Misty Mountain Hop-Zeppelin, Push It-Salt N Peppa
The Boy is Mine! I haven’t heard that in forever, haha. Thanks for bringing back that memory.
