After being away the last two weekends, I was so happy to have no major plans this weekend. We hosted a big family celebration for Neil’s birthday Saturday night (I made 2 kinds of chili to serve 12 people), but other than that it was wide open. Also, since we had gotten the house cleaned [...] I still can’t get over how fast the seasons have changed. It seems like yesterday I was waking up at the crack of dawn on my long runs to avoid 100* temps, and I was dressed in a tank top in shorts. Yesterday on my run I wore a jacket for the first time!
