My strategy at the pool to improve my swimming the last two months has gone like this:
Step 1 – swim 30 minutes alternating between crawl and breaststroke. Step 2 – swim 30 minutes all crawl. Step 3 – swim up to 45 minutes crawl, or swim 30 minutes crawl at a faster pace.
In the last week, I’ve pretty much finalized my race and travel plans for the summer and it is shaping up to be an awesome one. It will culminate with my brother-in-law and brother both getting married at the end of the summer. I’m so excited! Here is what else is happening:
